Yellow Support
Last updated: September 5, 2026
Yellow is a personal daily-planning app for iPhone, provided by Aslanov Ventures LLC. It includes free features and an optional Yellow Premium subscription.
Need help?
Email faridaslanov@icloud.com with the app version and a short description of the issue. Do not include passwords, Apple sign-in credentials, Health photos, full payment details or other sensitive information.
You can also open Settings → Send feedback. Tapping Send submits your text and up to three selected images to Yellow's Cloudflare backend. Images are resized and re-encoded as JPEGs; original filenames and source metadata are not sent. The request does not deliberately include a Yellow account, Apple account, analytics identity or sender email address, but the text or visible image contents can identify someone.
Feedback is available through a protected developer reader. Backend feedback records are configured to expire after about 90 days. In-app account/data deletion cannot automatically target earlier feedback because it is not linked to your account. Email us with enough information to identify a submission if you need help with it. A failed feedback submission leaves your draft available to retry.
Long-press a Chat response to prepare a content-report email, which you review before sending. Separate email and downloaded copies follow the retention policy described in the Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions, restore, and billing
Monthly and annual plans: The Premium purchase screen and Apple's confirmation show the available product, full price and billing period. Apple handles payment. An annual plan is billed yearly, not daily.
Restore: Use the Apple Account that made the purchase and the same Yellow sign-in used when subscribing. Open the Premium purchase screen and tap Restore Purchases. A different Yellow sign-in does not take over another account's purchase. Pending setup means verification has not finished; contact us if a valid purchase remains unavailable.
Cancel renewal: Open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Yellow → Cancel Subscription. You can also use Yellow's Apple subscription-management option. See Apple's cancellation instructions.
Important: Signing out, uninstalling Yellow, or deleting Yellow data or an account does not cancel Apple billing. Cancel with Apple separately. Ordinarily, cancellation stops the next renewal while a valid entitlement continues through the paid period; a refund, revocation, expiration or unsuccessful billing can affect access.
Refunds: Use Apple's refund-request instructions. Eligibility depends on the purchase and applicable law.
Free AI limits
Free Chat includes 10 AI Chat sends per local calendar day and resets at local midnight. Free Create with Yellow includes 7 successfully saved schedules for the lifetime of the account. A Create use is consumed only when Add to Plan successfully saves the schedule. Free Chat text input is limited to 100 characters and Free Chat voice input to 15 seconds. Manual Plan, Money, Health, Remind and Wins features do not require a subscription.
Delete data or an account
Yellow shows one deletion action under Settings → Account, depending on whether you are signed in.
While signed out — Delete Yellow Data: Removes current app content, including local Health records and installation analytics history when present. Private-iCloud clearing can require continued synchronization. It does not delete a separate backend account, invalidate that account's sessions elsewhere or revoke Sign in with Apple authorization.
While signed in — Delete Account and Data: Starts backend account deletion, invalidates the account's Yellow sessions, requests Apple authorization revocation, and removes the relevant account, app and analytics data through the deletion flow. It does not delete your Apple Account.
Follow any pending-recovery or Apple Settings instructions. Keep Yellow installed until the deletion flow finishes. Yellow cannot inspect other historical iCloud accounts or certify physical deletion inside Apple's systems. User-kept exports, submitted feedback and some provider/security records have separate limits described in the Privacy Policy.
Neither action cancels an Apple subscription.
Optional analytics
Share Usage Analytics defaults Off and is separate from AI permission. Turning it on permits general action information and local time to the second, linked to a random installation identity. The developer can view an installation's timeline under an alias. This is pseudonymous analytics, not anonymous totals only.
Analytics does not include private messages, schedule/reminder text, amounts, spending categories, weight values, notes, photos or filenames. Health and Money events describe the action, not the entered values.
Turning sharing Off stops new events and clears unsent events. It does not erase received history. The full deletion actions above remove installation history and other Yellow data; there is no separate analytics-history deletion button. See the Privacy Policy for retention.
Health storage and export
Weight entries, Health notes and Health photos use Yellow's separate local-only store, excluded from Yellow's private-iCloud sync and automatic device backup. Losing the device or deleting the app can mean losing these records unless you kept an export.
Settings → Privacy, Legal & Data → Privacy & AI → Download a copy of my data exports the accessible records, including Health data. The exported file is not encrypted by Yellow. User-kept copies are not removed by an in-app deletion.
Local Health storage does not prevent information you choose to submit elsewhere from being processed: a photo separately attached in Chat follows Chat's sharing rules.
AI sharing
The current onboarding requires separate age/Terms/Privacy and OpenAI data-sharing acknowledgements. Checking the AI acknowledgement records a local choice and does not itself send AI content. A later deliberate AI action requires sign-in and validation of current, account-bound consent before content is sent.
Not now is available in the later AI-consent sheet, not as an onboarding skip. You can turn AI assistance off or consent again in Settings → Privacy, Legal & Data → Privacy & AI. Local non-AI features remain usable. Withdrawal stops new requests on this device but cannot recall content already processed.
